Great product, fair price, no fishy taste or burps.
I’m a Gen X’er that takes omega-3 supplements to support heart health and keep my joints feeling good. I switched to Life Extension Mega EPA/DHA about 4 months ago after reading about their strict quality standards and sustainable sourcing. What stands out most is the potency: each serving (just 2 easy-to-swallow softgels) delivers 720 mg EPA and 480 mg DHA – that’s double what many basic fish oils offer, and at a really reasonable price for 120 softgels (about 2 months’ supply if taking 2/day). No fishy aftertaste or burps at all – they use natural flavoring and good purification, which is a huge upgrade from cheaper brands I’ve tried. I used this product along with my supplement stack. I’ve noticed better overall energy, improved focus (great for brain health), and my joints feel good. My bloodwork improved too. It’s non-GMO, gluten-free, and made in the USA – I feel good knowing it’s clean and from a reputable brand like Life Extension. Highly recommend if you’re looking for an affordable, high-quality omega-3 without the extras (like added olive extract in their pricier versions). I have repurchased this product!”

High Dose Omega-3 at Low Price
Fan of Life Extension formulations in general. Always good quality. Specifically with this product, the amount of EPA/DHA per softgel for the price is a great value.
