I bought this for a compact travel brush. But I have liked it so much I keep it at home. It was an adjustment, switching to an oval brush. It felt natural in use after a week. As some have mentioned, a few bristle hairs came out initially. I quickly solved that minor nuisance by knocking the loose bristles out. These must have been left over during manufacturing since I haven't had any problems with them since. The brush is soft but not overly so. It makes quick work of my hair. I have about 1" on top of my head and very short on the sides. I would recommend this product.

All good! Could've probably gotten away with a medium but the large will work

So far so good

I do like it, but 2 major flaws. First, when brushing I noticed my hands getting black. I used dry tissue to check and as you can see the paint rubs right off. Second, I had a plug fall out! Not just a hair or 2… the entire plug! So ya it’s cheaply made, and I’m worried about the paint getting in my hair. At least it does appear to be boar bristles. I tested a loose bristle to confirm it’s not plastic, and it tested good. However I don’t think I’d recommend it because of the 2 flaw’s above and that it’s constantly shedding bristles. I’m going to look for a better quality one.
