How many blades can you fit in the spare blade compartment on the box cutter?

Five. The blades we use, PHCSP017 Replacement Blades, come in packs of five, and a whole pack will fit in there. However, you might have to slip them in just one or two at a time, because you have to slide them in at kind of an angle; you can't just shove a whole stack of blades into that little pull-out compartment on the butt of the cutter. But if you slide them in one, maybe two at a time, and just let them drop into the compartment, it will comfortably hold a whole stack of five blades.

Does it have a belt clip?

The cutter itself doesn't have a belt clip, but Phc makes a holster that will clip to your belt. A little over three bucks, check Amazon at https://www.amazon.com/Plastic-Utility-Knife-Holster-Cutters/dp/B00SHEPMFE.

I removed the blade to turn it around, and now i can't get it back in. Help?

Keep the blade slider fully extended. Carefully insert the used end into the chamber behind the silver end piece and load the hole onto the stub on which the blade rests. Secure in place and press the green stub at the bottom and retract the blade back to full closure. I wish I could show a video of this. It takes practice, but trust me it gets easier. Just be careful the silver thumb guide can get in the way, making it hard to get the blade in. I hope this is of some use.
