Does this house come with the picket fence and kitchen.

There is a small picket fence, but no kitchen. We provided a kitchen seperately.

I wanted to get a cover for this. Where could I purchase one please to keep it in good condition

We just cover it with a big sheet of tarpaulin, tuck it under the edges works fine

Which way is the length (217)? When looking at the main door does it start from the end of the picnic table untill the other side of the house. (Left

The length is 217cm when assembled starting from the picnic table to the very end of the house.

What's inside the house? Is it just empty space?

Yep, just a large empty space which is great as they can fill it with chairs and a little table etc. The outside bench and table which connects to the side is cool though.
