Absolute pleasure to have fizzy water on demand, easy to operate and simple and attractive design and price reasonable.

Excellent sparkling water maker, beautiful and sleek design, works great for me. I use it every day.

This was easy to set up and initially worked well. After a couple of months of not very heavy or regular use the machine stopped cutting out when the water was carbonated. Water squirts from the top. A waste of money.

First off, you get this to make fizzy water and it does this well. My family were disappointed by the lack of satisfying sound you get from a SodaStream (I know that's bad isn't it). The bottle is good quality and all SodaStream stuff I had is compatible with the Drinks maker including the gas bottle and the drink bottle. Where this drinks maker is falling short is the lack of gas replacement bottles program. You cannot re-use the Philips gas bottles, so if you want a replacement program you have to get a SodaStream bottle and use their system. You could buy new Philips bottles all the time, but you would end up paying more and with a ton of heavy recycling. That really is something Philips need to address if they want to properly compete with SodaStream

I wasn’t expecting too much at the price but it’s been really good. Simple to use, effective and does whar it says on the box.

No more bottled water for me, no more single-use plastic bottles filling my recycling bin.

It works so, so much better than the one we had earlier - not the same brand. But why, please, is a bottle-cap not supplied with the bottle? I do have one that fits from the earlier soda-maker, but that is really not the point! UPDATE: My husband was squashing the box it came in, and found the bottle cap was there, after all. I take it all back - and am enjoying a glass of sparkling water even as we speak!

While it looks great and is simple to use, it appears to run out of gas very quick. It says a couple of presses for 3 to 4 seconds but you need a lot more to get a fizzy water resulting in gas running out too quick.
