Size:Womens 5-7 Every mile you walk equals 200,000-300,000 pounds of pressure on your feet - but with LiquiCell Shoe Insoles you can get rid of tired, aching feet for good! By equalizing the perpendicular pressure put on your feet throughout the day, LiquiCell Shoe Insoles eliminate foot soreness. That way, you can stop pain where it starts (before it moves into your knees, hips and back) for a healthier, more active life that's free from pain. LiquiCell Shoe Insoles are an ideal replacement for your existing: Walking Insoles Running Insoles Golfing Insoles Tennis Insoles Dancing Insoles Basketball Insoles Hiking Insoles Cycling Insoles Hockey Insoles Soccer Insoles Office Insoles Snowboarding Insoles Industrial Insoles Health Wellness Insoles Military & Navy Insoles LiquiCell Shoe Insoles vs. Gel/Foam Most widely available insoles are equipped with either gel or foam, both of which quickly wear down and require frequent replacement. Our LiquiCell Shoe Insoles hold up better over time thanks to advanced LiquiCell technology, which relieves pressure on the foot and reduces soft tissue damage without circulating back and forth from heel to front like many other gel and liquid insoles. And unlike gel insoles, LiquiCell Shoe Insoles are thin enough that they won't make your shoes feel tight or hamper circulation. Medical and scientific evidence proves that while gel, foam and air inserts do provide some relief or discomfort, they do not protect against the harmful effects of friction and shear stress - two of the most influential factors related to foot discomfort addressed by LiquiCell. Ultra-thin, durable and light-weight, LiquiCell Shoe Insoles are the latest and greatest leap forward in pain relieving footwear. "The insoles are fantastic. I don't feel tired any more. My wife, a nurse loves them too. She doesn't leave home without them!" - Sam, Newport Beach, CA

I have a spinal cord injury accompanied with what is called neuropathic pain. The bottom of my feet are sensitive to sensations to the point where the texture of the socks often times hurt and I can no longer wear most tennis shoes because of lower back pain. I have bought more than a few different insoles over the years, hoping that they would in some degree minimize some of the pain. They all, in a short amount of time, ended up deposited in a small plastic bag in the closet. So I bought the Ergo21 Liquicell insoles largely because they were thin and could be placed in the shoes over the existing insoles, with the hope they might just make life more bearable. I have been using the insoles for more than a week and these insoles won't be going into the plastic bag in the closet anytime soon. The insoles have reduced my lower back pain to a large degree and muted a good deal of the unpleasant sensation due to the neuropathic pain. Great product that I plan to use the rest of my life. Luke

Better, not great.
I bought these for cycling. I have a problem with hotspots and painful feet. While these insoles are in an improvement, it could be better. My search for a solution continues.

This is the second product I bought from Ergo21. The bike seat is magical, It was so good I decided to try the insoles. Just like the bike seat the insoles did what Ergo said they would. Hard to believe how comfortable these insoles are. No more pain or pressure. Allows me to increase my time and distance. Yea
