Hi, All of our products sent with minimum 2 1/2 years expiration date with Pon Lee. The batch now selling is 3 months from date of making.

How is this alcohol free if the ingredients are "propolis and neutral alcohol"?

Where did you see this information? There is no alcohol on its ingredient.

Is it 30% or what concentration?

can this be diffused in a regular diffuser?

Do you mean like a aromathrerapy diffuser? If so, I don't think so.. You need to mix it in water, juice, or honey.
