No I have a 2009, but I would think they would be the same? I couldnt get this one to work with Bluetooth so ended up getting the one that plugs into the earphone port and bought the adapter that plugs in my charging port in phone..

A4 B8 (2010) Works!

Update: One day later after it was working fine, the audio now intermittently looses connection. Dropping to 2 stars and probably returning.Original:Took a chance because of price and what do ya know, it works!2010 Audi A4 B8Just plug it in, no additional power to make it work! When connecting, it was “shogun 2022” and then I changed the name. Navigate to media, source, and choose External audio input.Will update if this stops working but as of now, this great! No need to route a power cable to glove box anymore!
