The fair et is a nice sensible upgrade if you need one. We were looking for one for our outdated sink that needs to be updated bad. Still need to do the kitchen but it's a process. Figured we'd do something that was a much needed step.This came with most of what was needed. Definitely not as thorough with the instructions. The instructions we were given were clearly not for the model we had it made it work. I didn't receive a metal washer and one of the river washers was missing. Also the screw cap was not the same type as in the diagram. The screw type they had was suppose to have screw. Definitely a non-issue.It took me effort to remove a 40-year-old faucet. Installing this one, they didn't explain that you turn the hot and cold hoses into the faucet before putting them into the line. I learned after a quick minute ehen I got stuck trying to figure that part out. Screwing the screw cap on so it is flush tore the weak rubber washer. Went to Lowe's and bought a heavy duty washer that I trimmed to the needed size. Also bought a metal washer that would fit. Works like a charm now.Another issue is that I installed the houses as they specified from the diagram where the lower connection would be for the hot hose and higher for the cold. Definitely was not right. Turned the water of again and for it right which is reverse what they said. Definitely a great upgrade that I feel proud of. Wife and kids like it and it's so much easier to use. The length of the faucet is great and is at an affordable price.One word of caution: make sure The screw cap that is on the faucet is snug and secured as tight as it can be. That will cause the faucet to be stable when tightened down. Basically installed this thing 3 times. I'd buy it again.

This faucet is well built, and this is coming from me, a person who has very high standards and understands the trades and engineering well. Copper lines run to the valve housing (body), instead of pex/plastic. The valve body and housing is made from brass and stainless steel, very sturdy, heavy and durable. High-grade hoses and supply lines. Ceramic valves. Couldn't ask for more for $80 bucks. A similar quality Delta or Moen would run you several hundred dollars. The only downfall is parts may be hard to get if something wears out or breaks - i don't know how well the seller and manufacturer (based in China) are with supplying replacement parts. But for the price, if this lasts you 3-5 years, so what, it's worth $80, then just buy another one. If you take care of this, all the parts could last 10+ years. Although I recommend replacing supply lines to your faucets, washing machines, dishwashers and toilets every 10 years. Don't overtighen the supply lines, it can split the gasket and cause a leak! Overall, a great purchase and a well-built (Chinese) product.

We really loved this faucet but after 3 years the nozzle sprayer head has stopped spraying water. You can no longer use the button to switch from full to spray. You can unscrew it but you cannot disassemble the nozzle to repair the button or see why it is no longer working. This is disappointing after only 3 years.

We like the faucet very much and are happy with our purchase. A few things to note: install wasn't too bad although we did have an issue with the pipe threading, but finally managed to thread properly. There is a lot of plastic on the faucet itself (deducted 1 star). So the spray head is very light which is nice, but does not feel solid. I do think it is well built and hopefully will last, but know it is not a solid metal faucet. Also, I chose this one because it had a baseplate which we needed. We converted from a 3 hole to this 1 hole install. The baseplate just barely (and I mean within millimeters) covers the 3 previous holes fully. I added a bit extra silicone around the plate to avoid splash water from dripping down through the holes and into the cabinet. The hose length is great and gave us waaay more stretch and versatility with the spray gun - love that! Plus the pressure is better than my old slray gun. Lastly, the seller was awesome to work with. There were scratches in the base plate so I contacted the seller and they sent me a replacement baseplate within a few days. I would recommend them. We have only had the faucet for a week now and it is working great. Hopefully it will last and remain durable.

i cannot believe i didn't read anyone else mentioning the double sweep mode when you hold the button. Instead of others that pause the stream, this one has a powerful flat stream. we just hooked it up to our basin sink today and i am back to purchase 2 more. 1 for my kitchens at each house. If i develop a problem with it, i will update the review. As of now i was so pleasantly surprised by this other mode and i cannot believe it is not a standard option on all new faucets. There were others that stated it only sat 16 inches high, but i do not know what they were measuring, because mine is the full 18 inches but with the spring it can fit under my laundry room cabinet. very easy to install with just a Phillips screwdriver.
