Is this lotion or does it have lumps in it?

No lumps in it makes your skin feel great I give it two👍👍

Does this product have oil in it

No, there is no oil (no Petroleum byproducts). It is a slippery substance because it has guar gum in it. Guar gum is made from legumes called guar beans.

What are the ingredients?

I don’t know it should be on the bottle. It is great lotion for dry hands and cracked handed.

Does this work for stretch marks?

It may, anything would help. I would use it as much as possible
