The water bottle in the picture has a 750ml capacity. The seat bag with bottle holder can even fit a thin T-shirt.

What’s the length, height and width?

It is roughly 4 3/4 x 9 1/4 x 4 1/8 but that is without anything in the back pouch. It is also not a regular shape so a box that size is not going to fit inside.
