No. I don't think the tool works with those fittings

Can these terminals be heat shrenked after crimped ?

Any terminal can be heat shrunk if you have the right size material

how much amps can the 10-12awg bullet connectors handle?

This question is not related to the tool...and a very simple internet search would have shown you that Twelve-gauge wire is good for 20 amps, 10-gauge wire is good for 30 amps.

I used this ratchet tool and don't have the strength this time around to press enough to get it to click and release! It won't release!?! Help!!

There should be a little release tab inside the handle , might have to squeeze the handles slightly while doing this !
