I recently bought a refurbished Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra Phantom Black (512GB, 16GB RAM, Unlocked) and I’m honestly blown away by the value for the price I paid. You wouldn’t even know it’s refurbished – it looks and works like new! Performance: With 16GB of RAM, this phone is incredibly fast. Good phone

I bought 2 of these phones just over a year ago and the problems started straight away. camera fail error. screens erratic when charger plugged in, terrible signal, loses 40% battery overnight on both phones. and replacement. the list goes on. eventually had to return for replacement. i should have asked for a refund at that time, however customer services offered replacement so accepted. a short time later the camera failed again. reset phone, still nothing. after further investigation i think these telephones are imported from USA and have the screens or back replaced then resold with uk software although original Verizon contract phones. having since had the phones looked at properly it is noted that neither screen had been sealed properly which allows dust to enter, this can now be seen on the inside of the front facing lens so that camera is useless. all i can say is AVOID.

Got the phone delivered quick on a Tuesday, way ahead of the quoted weekend. Very satisfied with delivery. It came in a plain black box with USB-C cable (no charger). Phone condition is excellent. Like brand new. Very impressed with condition. For the cost of a brand new mid range phone, this is a flagship with 256GB from a couple years back. Everything works as expected. The ONLY downside to this phone is that the battery condition is around the 85% mark (to be expected for 3yr old phone) and the phone is already a powerhouse of functionality and so is heavy on the battery. Still with my normal regular use a day an a half is doable. or 1 day heavy use. Very clear screen display and capability and if you can think of it, this phone can do it. Of course the main reason for getting this phone was the camera. It does not disappoint. The zoom capability is incredible. Clear photos up to 30x magnification and reasonable clarity up to 100x. Excellent video recorder too with 4K 60fps on all cameras front and back. A weakness in the video is low light but that can be improved significantly by switching down to 30fps and then using something like Davinci Resolve to interpolate back to 60fps. All in all, well worth the money.....

I ordered the device early hours Tuesday 13th May and was to arrive next day 14th, unfortunately no fault of 4gadets it didn't arrive until 15th but this wasn't a massive issue for me as I had a device to see me through. When the device arrived it was well wrapped even came in a box, I took it out to inspect it, also gave me a wire to charge the device. There's no faults, no scratches or bumps it was like a brand new phone, both cameras work no visual problems, no problem with volume speakers work fine, and no problem with charging the device, I've managed to download all my stuff to the device and still have plenty space for more, very glad I bought it was actually shocked with it as I wasn't expecting it to be that great being second hand, well I was wrong! It looks and feels like a brand new phone, I'm happy with my purchase and will be using again for more devices, no complaints from me, thank you 4Gadgets

I'm reviewing "Stock Must Go Ltd", here, not the phone, we all know the phone is great otherwise you wouldn't be buying one and you've already done the research. I essentially had a fully refundable gamble buying this phone from Stocks Must Go Ltd because there are some real horror stories in the other reviews for this stockist.. I'd scoured Backmarket and Amazon for weeks before committing to this phone. I had some real trepidation about buying a refurbished phone too, because the bad experiences are well known, far and wide. I couldn't quite find the right deal for "me" on Backmarket, so I started looking on Amazon. Amazon's refurbished grading system isn't as good as Backmarkets either, so that was another thing to consider when buying via Amazon instead of Backmarket. I think it was a complete fluke that I stumbled across the best possible deal I'd found so far. A 256GB S21 Ultra for £290 in excellent condition!? Could it be true? :-o ... (This was the same price as the 128GB model in other places on Amazon and Backmarket - double the bang for my buck!). It sounded too good to be true.... Furthermore, the selections for storage and condition didn't match up with the title of the advertised product and the price kept jumping around too after having it in my basket for a few hours. Convinced there had been some mix-up, or stocking fumble at Stock Must Go Ltd, I placed my order. I LITERALLY bought it for a laugh because I was intrigued about what would turn up! HAHA! - The exact same phone, in excellent condition, was over £200 more on Backmarket.. and from the same refurb company too :-o Well, ladies and gentlemen; I've been in absolute shock for the last 3 weeks expecting it to pack up, but it hasn't, it's still going strong! I love it! What I received was an S21 Ultra, with 256GB of storage, in excellent condition, and not a single scratch anywhere! Exactly as advertised, albeit apart from 2 tiny scuffs on the camera module which are only visible to the naked eye. You can't even see them on camera! It looks practically brand new and the battery life is brilliant too! Also Included in the box were; - A brand new Quicker Charger, - A brand new QC cable, - A Giffgaff sim card (just in case I needed one.. nice touch) and - A sim card ejector thingy-me-bob. NOTE WELL: NOBODY sends phones out with chargers anymore! Not even the manufacturers. You have to go buy your own. I am absolutely over the moon with my purchase and I fully recommend this refurb company. Pro-Tip - Look for the "Dispatches from" and "Sold by" below the "Buy" button. A******** EXCELLENT SERVICE! Would recommend, would buy again.

Coming from a Samsung Note 9, the performance still holds up today but due to its outdated camera and depleted battery performance; and the fact I dropped my phone numerous times in water and has finally given up on me lol - I decided it was time for an upgrade. This is the first time I bought a refurbished device on Amazon so was initially nervous on the condition once it arrived as the advert didn't specify the condition of the item. It was immaculate - like brand new when I finally got my hands on it. No scratches or dents, even on the sides which tend to accumulate with wear & tear. It didn't arrive in it's originally packaging but was well protected in bubble wrap with the essentials included. Display is vibrate, performance of the UI is quick and fluid, and the camera is superb. Full charge has easily lasted me a full day with moderate use. Paying just £350 for a 2 year old flagship phone, has got to be one of my greatest bargain purchases of the decade. Pros: Performance, Display, Camera, Battery Life, S Pen compatibility Cons: None at the moment 5/5

Stated as, excellent condition, this was not the case with this phone as it had clearly been dropped. It was dinted on the corner also probably had a new screen as you could see where they had damaged the edge trying to do this. Taking in all the above I would definitely say this phone was not in excellent condition it also had no charger in the box which was stated on purchase. With all the above being a problem to me Amazon recommended that I return the item for a full refund but 4gadgets expected me to pay for the return of the phone even though it was their fault it had to be returned which was not cheap. I purchased the same phone from another shop on ebay which was £60 cheaper and this one WAS in excellent condition. The phone itself is a fantastic phone and after a lot of research decided on this model because of good reviews and I can honestly say that all the reviews were right it has lots of features and well worth the money. I would recommend this model of phone to anyone and Amazon was very helpful through all of this and made the return process very easy.

Ich nutze das Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra nun seit einigen Wochen als Hauptgerät und bin beeindruckt, wie durchdacht und leistungsstark es ist. Schon beim Auspacken merkt man, dass hier Premium-Qualität steckt: edles, mattes Glas auf der Rückseite, massives Aluminiumgehäuse und ein beeindruckend scharfes Display. Der 6,8-Zoll-Bildschirm ist eines der Highlights – extrem hell, gestochen scharf und mit 120 Hz butterweich beim Scrollen. Farben wirken lebendig, aber nicht übertrieben. Besonders angenehm: Das adaptive Refresh-Rate-System spart spürbar Akku im Alltag. Die Kamera gehört zu den besten, die ich bisher genutzt habe. Der Zoom ist dank der beiden Teleobjektive (3× und 10× optisch) erstaunlich stabil und detailreich. Auch bei wenig Licht liefert die Hauptkamera natürliche, rauschfreie Bilder. Der Autofokus ist schnell und zuverlässig, Videos wirken professionell. Leistung und Akkulaufzeit sind auf sehr hohem Niveau. Selbst bei intensiver Nutzung (Navigation, Social Media, Kamera, Streaming) komme ich problemlos durch den Tag. Laden geht schnell – auch wenn Samsung kein Netzteil mehr beilegt, funktioniert jedes Power Delivery Ladegerät einwandfrei. Kleine Kritikpunkte: Das Gerät ist recht groß und schwer, was Einhandbedienung erschwert. Außerdem wird es bei längerer Kamera- oder Spiele-Nutzung leicht warm. Trotzdem überwiegen klar die positiven Seiten. Fazit: Ein echtes Spitzen-Smartphone mit exzellenter Kamera, tollem Display und starker Performance – perfekt für alle, die keine Kompromisse wollen.

Appena ricevuto messo in carica, e dopo solo 4 ore di (inutilizzo) da 100% è diventato 52% e si surriscalda in prossimità delle fotocamere.

Produit en parfait état, on ne dirait pas que c'est un produit reconditionné. Je suis réellement satisfait. L'emballage était également parfait! Je recommande sans soucis ce vendeur. Ps: une protection d'écran est installée et une coque est fourni également. Par contre ce n'est pas une version européenne comme écrit dans l'annonce!
