Go to knife for years! It is a great meat trimmer or tomato cutter!
Love Cutco! Great knives! I have abused my large French chefs knife for over 40 years and it still works great! I would wash them by hand if you want them to last 100 years +. They wash well in the dishwasher but in hard water, it is hard on the handles. The blades have never rusted like so many “fine” knives do.
