Originally saw it used by a sales person in one of the restaurants I worked in and it cleaned the flat top perfectly where she used it!! 4 months later that spot was still the cleanest part of the grill. Bought it for household use and anything that used to require a steamer is now done with this! No time for setting up the steamer, I just keep this made and ready to use.Understand, there are different concentrations on the container for different uses, if you use a concentration for glass and stainless steel cleaning on hard to clean grease ita not going to work very well. I usually mix a medium solution for all of my needs and let it sit for awhile on things i know will take a little more to clean.This stuff cleans great and can be used in pretty much any situation you can thing of. Glass, stainless steel, countertops, oven, carpet cleaning, grease buildup, even the interior of your car! I think I've seen evidence of it being used of the exterior of cars, though I haven't tried it.Reviews of being hard to mix are mind blowing to me. Use hot water, the hotter the better. It is about the consistency of lard unmixed and requires some stirring so it can be warmed up thoroughly, but remember, its highly concentrated in the container. You wouldn't expect soap of a similar consistency to dissolve any faster than this for sure. Give it an honest chance and I'm sure you would be impressed by the results you can getI've tried many cleaners on walls in my house that are over 100 years old and never cleaned up properly and this made it easier than ever. It has a pleasantly clean smell and isnt harsh if you manage to inhale any mist from a spray bottle like many other cleaners you find on the market. I personally think it is in a small percentage of cleaners that clean very well and dont have any ill effects from using it.Even if using in place of standard cleaners to avoid harsh chemicals it is well worth is with the amount the concentrate can make. $25 for a container that can make 4 gallons of solution that equate to standard cleaners and in my personal opinion does even more! I knew they had something here, when I first saw it used in the restaurant. Well worth the money to me.

This cleaning product works amazingly well to take stains out of carpet, clothing, and countertop surfaces! A must-have product for any household or business.

Absolutely the best cleaning product I have ever used!The paste took off hard water stains that I have been fighting for years and when diluted, it cleans anything and everything!

It leaves a great smell and really does a good job at making the carpets and fabric brand-new or close to it.

I ordered this product, which is a great product, but had to return for a replacement because it wasn't shipped in a box and became damaged which left most of the product dried up in the bag it was shipped in. Received replacement shipped in a bag AGAIN!!!! Container had less damage but still had product all over inside the bag. I specifically asked them NOT to send in a bag, but a box. Very disappointed 😞

It was just a waste of money. We used it on different surfaces but it didn't do the job it was supposed to do. I mixed it with hot, warm, and cold water, and had no luck. I used it directly and still had no luck.

Used it on metal in our commercial kitchen and it got years of grime off of our deep fryer drain!!
