PC is a concentrated mix of phospholipids. There are at least three main phospholipids in your cells and all of them are in this product. The main one is Phosphatidylcholine, which represents 40-50% of all cell membranes.

What is Liposomal Technology?

Liposomes are like small bubbles that carry nutrients in their core. The nutrient is protected as it travels through the stomach. The liposome easily fuses with intestinal cells, delivering more of our supplement into the bloodstream.

What's the best way to take it without tasting the liquid?

Add one dose (2 teaspoons) to about an inch of water in a glass. Do not mix. It will stay separate as a liquid from the water, which you can then drink down quickly in one gulp.

Is it normal for the liquid to be thick and dark brown?

Yes, that is the natural consistency and color of this concentrated and purified form of liposomal PC.

What is the difference between this product and regular sunflower lecithin?

This is highly purified from sunflower lecithin with much higher concentration of PC.
