The concept is great and for the most part these pourers work well. These were purchased for a bar and the selling point were the attached caps. Unfortunately the plastic part keeping the caps attach, easily break. This makes the caps useless because they are broken off and misplaced. Within a week of purchasing over half the caps were broken off. But the pourers themselves work great and are easy to clean.

These are the best bottle pourers ever! They are so easy and fun to use. They were exactly what I was looking for. Whether it's for home use or business, you'll be completely satisfied with these. The quality is fantastic, the speed of the pour is just right, and the pourers fit virtually any liquor bottle. There is no leaking whatsoever; the pourers have a perfect, snug fit on all the bottles I tried them on. What really sold me on the product, though, is the built-in dust protector caps; they're very ingenious and convenient! Furthermore, Genuine Gray Brand's customer service blew me away. I was having trouble with Amazon delivering my package, so I emailed Genuine Gray Brand and they responded almost immediately and fixed the problem for me right away. Overall, I absolutely love these pourers and I would definitely recommend buying them!

The item is great, exactly as described by the seller. They fit the bottles well and create a good seal, liquid comes through the spout nicely. However, I'm not posting this because I am itching to do so, but rather because the seller nagged the heck out of me to do it.

Good value - work well - the other ones I own use a flip cap and I think I prefer those - these are not as clean to handle, though they do give a more secure seal. I like the fact that the seller is concerned about their reviews and the quality of their service

I bought these for my homemade olive oils. I find that they leak a bit. For the price, they are fine.

I had a problem with the first batch that I got. Genuine Gray Brand addressed it with lightening speed and courtesy. They replaced them and I am very satisfied and happy to use the new ones, they are fantastic and so easy to use. They pour with ease and control and the stoppers prevent gnats and dust from ruining your product. Well worth it.
