Anyone know if this fits smitty built Xrc tire carrier??

It should fit most tire carriers with a triangle in the center. However it was made to fit Rugged Rige carriers and was never tested with Smitty parts

How long are the straps please?

Don't have the exact length, but the straps are long enough to fit comfortably over 2" square tubing

What are the external dimensions of the triangle? For all three sides and width?

Width is about 2.5 inches. Each side is about 20 inches long
