Is this 1920x1080 or 2560x1440?? Pretty sure 1920x1080 but the description says max 2560x1440 so which is it?

I have no seen an option or reference to 2560x1440

Is this compatible with Dell Latitude laptops?

It uses USB-c and there are driver instructions included so I would expect it will work with most laptops.

Is the screen glass and does it reflect really badly?

I use it in a room with a lot of natural light and there is not a problem with it reflecting light

I am looking for a second portable monitor to attach to my my Lenovo laptop. Will this be compatible?

The product was not up to the mark for me. It doesn't work from the phone or desktop machines. The screen flipping was not smooth at all. I'm using dell precision laptops, not sure if it all will be smooth with Lenovo laptops or some special drivers.
