Great looks with water volume control
This Price Pfister unit arrived in perfect condition. Really like the single unitized centrally located rotating hot/cold adjustment along with the very cost saving water volume control. It's hard to believe the number of shower/tub fixtures which have no water volume control and are only "full on..full off." To us, the water waste is unbelievable. We had to search far and wide to find a tub/shower fixture like this which gave the user independent control of water volume. Definitely a major cost saver! We've had several Price Pfister fixtures which have operated trouble free for several years now and consider Moen and Price Pfister to be the "cream of the crop."

this is a very nice shower set thought I was gonna get the drain stopper but despite that I really like this set it's a strong shower spray I love the way the water is regulated with the value its different very happy

I only have the shower head installed at this point because I'm having a difficult time trying to find a plumber who will come to install just the valve and spout. The shower head is awesome. Definitely recommend this.

cheap junk!
It's 2 am and I just finished shutting off our main water to the house because the faucet won't shut off. I can't access the screw to take it apart so that I can access the parts inside because about two weeks ago, the handle (which is the access to the screw to start dismantling the whole thing), just broke right off. I'm annoyed that I have to even give it one star!!! And turning the temp is not smooth. I've had this for about 3 years. I'll update with how well customer service did and their warranty.
