What size belt will this fit?

It has an open clip on the back it will fit any belt , I use it on my 2" leather belt.

What is the brand of the hammer shown in the picture?

It's also a Toughbuilt Brand, however I never found it around to buy it...

will my belt clip for my tape measure and pouch work. pics are hard to tell

It only hooks to your belt and holds a hammer. It doesn't include the Tough Built attachment for pouches.

I use a 4# dead blow hammer to set wedges in trees as I cut them with my chainsaw, will this hold my dead blow hammer?

I do not know. So you are going to try this on your own. I do not have a dead blow hammer, so I really do not know if it will hold it or not. James D. North.
