Will this stick nicely to a silicone case?

Yes. My suggestion tho clean it well with alcohol let it dry then heat up the adhesive on the strip and press firmly. Will stay on forever.

Will it work with the spigen slim armor cs?

I don’t have the piece but, I looked it up on line and I would guess yes, it would work. I LOVE the straps. So much easier and convenient than pop ups

Does wireless charging still work?

Not for me. I put it on the back of a case instead of directly on the phone. Even directly on the phone i suspect it would be too thick to work. If you put it on a case though, you can pop it out to charge wirelessly.
