The product we received is exactly as described and pictured in the product post. Unfortunately, we did decide to return the product because it was just a little too big for the space we had for it, which was our own fault for not looking at dimensions prior to ordering. Cassida customer service made the entire return process very quick and easy and were kind and helpful the entire time. I highly recommend purchasing (of course, check the dimensions!) because you're not just getting a good quality product but also a great support team, and that's worth the price!
