Great replacement cameras for a DVR setup
I purchased the Zosi camera in hopes it would work with my existing DVR, because I couldn't get replacement cameras from the company that made the DVR. I connected the Zosi camera to my DVR and it works perfectly. I ordered 2 more cameras, coax cable and power packs to setup other cameras I need. The camera arrived within a few days and I'm happy that I now have a source for replacement cameras that are easy to set up and work well. They are easy to mount and adjust.

Good buy.
One on my night owl security cameras was damaged in a bad storm so I replaced it with this camera it was easy installation and I canโt tell the difference from this one and the original. Great price as well. Would purchase again if needed.

Bought 3 different models- ALL were great!!
I bought the ZOSI 4PACK 1920TVL 1080P 4-in-1 HD TVI/CVI/AHD/CVBS Security Cameras 100ft Night Vision CCTV Cameras Home Security Day/Night Waterproof Camera for 960H/ 720P / 1080N / 1080P Analog DVR Systems cameras to start replacing a 10 year old camera system already in place that was starting to become more of a nuisance than a surveillance system. The old cameras became so bad that someone walking directly in front of the cameras couldnโt be identified 10 feet away. Because I work in a prison, I have higher security surveillance in some areas and less critical lower security surveillance in others. I chose 3 different camera styles with different viewing capabilities for the areas I was trying to surveil. One of the requirements I had to have was total compatibility with my current system and there was no problem with any of the cameras that I hooked up- basically plug and play. After reviewing footage of these cameras, I was extremely impressed with the clarity of the video and in the application I needed these cameras for, I had to have a wide angle view to cover a lot of ground. I then installed 2 (for a total of 8 cameras) ZOSI 4 Pack 2.0 Megapixel HD 1080P 4 in 1 TVI/CVI/AHD/CVBS Security Cameras Day Night Waterproof Camera 100ft IR Distance For HD-TVI, AHD, CVI, and CVBS/960H analog DVR System cameras for roof placement and my larger areas like the gymnasium. While I was installing one of the cameras, as soon as it was turned on, it fogged up and gave me a โNo Signalโ error. I replaced it with a spare that I had and had no further problems. Image quality was phenomenal and I had better coverage than my previous setup. The last 4 cameras I bought were ZOSI 2.0 Megapixel HD 1080P 4 in 1 TVI/CVI/AHD/CVBS Security Cameras Day Night Waterproof Camera 65ft IR Distance, Compatible for HD-TVI, AHD, CVI, and CVBS/960H analog DVR ones that replaced some of my internal cameras around our Culinary department and visiting areas. And again, I had no complaints with the quality of the images. After about a month of continuous use, one of my first 4 cameras displayed images that began to turn green, then purple, and then faded to black. I had lost the image completely. As I only had access to email since I work graveyards and most people are comfortably asleep in their beds, I contacted Zosi Customer Service and explained the circumstances of my failed cameras. Within a day, Coco had contacted me for more details of the malfunctions. After I sent model and serial numbers for the defective cameras, she sent me two replacement cameras without waiting for the faulty ones to be sent in. For me, that was a first! The usual process has always been- File a claim, wait for a return label, wait for the company to receive the product, then wait some more for them to tell me it was something I did, then argue back and forth until they reluctantly send me a replacement. In this case- not a single complaint about how the claim was handled and Coco was absolutely great! She was able to get back with me within a day or two at most and had all my questions answered and new cameras sent to me- all right before Christmas! Thanks for such an awesome experience!!!

Made of plastic not aluminum as others I have purchased.
Work as described, however, the housing is completely plastic so I question the longevity. Also, the adjustments require twisting the wires in order to achieve the proper position, so again, I question the time span before failure. Time will be the judge.

Cheap fix
We had the camera at church that transmits the service to the basement and to the annex hall go out. It is an old digital system. We were quoted a high price to fix the system. We used this simple camera to replace the old one. It works perfectly. The camera is mounted about 15 feet high and 60 feet from the pulpit. Great picture.

No information.
System seems to be OK. The manual is absolute waste of your time. The manual only covers a few of the topics but when you need information on how to add users to the account or anything else, youโre on your own. I tried contacting the company and it takes days for them to even respond. Can not get a phone number. I find it very upsetting that they will not include a manual or online manual for each operation of their software. Nothing!!!!!!! The force you do email them with your question and then after you do that they send you an email back asking for more information on stuff. You have no idea what the hell theyโre talking about so you send them another email and a cycle continues. If I could just talk to someone on the phone Iโm sure I can get this taken care of in about a minute. So buyer beware PS I never write reviews. Update!!!!! Itโs now been several days since I installed the system. It appears that I do not have a 4 TB hard drive like it advertises. Customer service is the worst youโll get to experience. You can only email them they respond approximately 5 to 12 hours later, I cannot sit in front of my computer and wait for an email back, all they do is tell me to unplug the system and plug it back in and the hard drive should appear which it doesnโt. I spent an entire day installing the system running wires through the attic and now it looks like I might have to remove everything and return it do yourself a favor and buy a system from any other company but these guys they are awful. They donโt understand what customer services is. Itโs going to take a weeks at this rate to get the system working or a day to remove everything and return it and do it all over again, which is more valuable than the entire system I purchase. update 1/10/23 Still do not have a working system. Manufacture continues to ask for pictures of the DVR AND SCREEN Showing thereโs no hard drive being recognized. All I want is what I paid for a working DVR with a 4 TB hard drive. It takes them approximately 12 to 24 hours to answer you and they answer with this cryptic broken English that doesnโt solve any issues. Just send me a new working DVR for the love of god. Itโs not like something you can just send back when you spend an entire day with an employee on the clock. Running wires for 16 cameras through your attic, drilling holes through your ceiling walls, etc. so Iโm just supposed to spend another 16 hours remove everything and package it all up and send it back. I have more time in payroll and hard work than it did to buy the system. Update 1/11/23 More emails (14 now) the company want more pictures of the system I bought???? This is totally out of contro!!!!!! I just want a working DVR. Please buy your system from this company. Amazon is not really doing anything to help me out either! They just tell me to return it. But I already ran the wires for all 16 cameras through the attic, drilled holes in walls and ceilings. It took myself and one employee 8 hours to install everything. Iโm not wasting another day and payroll just to remove everything and do it all over again.

DO NOT RECOMMEND FOR ANY SURVEILLANCE CAMERA USE
This camera is not 2 meg and will not perform as 1080 P in any mode without being low grade picture or stabile on an H.265 5M 1080N XVI, CVI, AHD or Auto mode! It defaults itself in 960H Very poor night picture, being FOGGY. It is also FISHEYE - which is not in the product description! It does not recognized the process of 5 sec to set at AHD and has very poor definition!
