It's so good, but the flavor is a little on the strong side but I love it.

The jerky was super hard to chew. I found myself having to suck on the jerky first to soften it. On the first couple of bites, I didn’t like the fishiness, but it calmed down and I got used to it. The flavor is super good not too sweet, but it lost two stars because of it being so hard. I’ve had another brand previously and I wish I remember the name because I will go back to them. Everything was perfect with that brand. But this brand is OK.

Taste amazing. But be aware small bags, usually.

Serving size quite small. Not what I expected. Taste likes sweet soy sauce. It’s ok, but not worth the price. I guess I’ll have to find a different supplier

First, a complete waste of money for a tooth breaking wood textured, stinky, dry, awful smoked chum salmon. I hope the company will renew its recipe. I lived in Alaska 32 years; this is the poorest example of salmon jerky.
