I bought this for my son for Christmas because I thought it was cute and fun. He has consulted with it when we've had bad weather predicted and it seems to be somewhat accurate! Like I said, it's cute and fun!

My daughter, 19, loves weather, so purchased as part of a gift basket. This one item was her favorite. It worked.

It's cute but smaller than I thought it was gonna be, I should have looked at the specks. Anyhow here it is making its perch out of the hands of my 3yo and I get to look over and gage it instead of pitching it up myself and ruining the crystal formation.

Although this came packaged with great care, I was kinda disappointed with just how small it really was. If it had been the true size of a bird would have been nicer.

I got this for a friend who collects birds and has all kinds of them decoratively around her house. I thought this would be a cool addition. She does keep it in her kitchen, but it doesn't change much for the weather. It never gets really dark like in the picture. Not even in the middle of a storm. She still likes it though.

At the second attempt when I almost didn't expect it anymore this cute little birds arrived. The glass is fully see through and the dark effects from shade on the picture aren't there if your window is as bright as mine, but it's still super cute and shows adorable little effects according to the weather, so WORTH IT!
