Kap7 Water Polo Rebounder
My son uses the Kap7 Rebounder everyday to improve his game. I would suggest you speak to your child's coach for specific activities. However, there are several youtube videos available which offer various workouts using the Kap7 rebounder.

But OMG the noise level in my back hall when my kid goes and practices for an hour!!It's fine when he hits and catches but the misses... Remove all glass from the area ;)
