My Go To Sleep Gummies
I usually avoid taking melatonin because it gives me weird dreams and I wake up groggy but THIS melatonin is magic. I take one at night and it makes me sleepy within a few minutes, if I'm having a tougher time falling asleep then I take two and it will knock me out peacefully. I never wake up with weird dreams or feeling groggy anymore, it has really changed my perception on melatonin. I have been recommending it to all of my friends and family and the price point is also pretty amazing. Tastes good, like a little piece of gummy candy. Would recommend if you are looking to try a melatonin that is highly effective without the grogginess and weird dreams.

Works for me!
This is my 2nd bottle, this does help me relax and fall asleep. I have a terrible time sleeping generally, since taking this Unisom gummies, I am pleased to sleep better, still not all night, but at least 5-6 hours which is great for me!

Does NOT work
Doesn’t work that well but I have a long complicated history of not being able to sleep at night and use things like marijuana to help with that. Alongside everyone’s favorite plant this works great, by itself it still works but less so

Helps with getting to sleep, and again later.
What I’ve taken to doing is taking one gummy bear in the evening, I may sleep for a few hours, wake up and take another gummy, and may drift off again..

Do the job
Tried these over the gelcaps. I think the gelcaps are more potent or seem to take effect faster. But they do the job, just takes a bit longer.

Too sweet Instant Headache
Gave instant headache. Take out the extra sugar its toooooooo sweet. Not sure it can work when most of it gets stuck in your teeth and taste like pure synthetic sugar.
