I'm here in US Outside country, and can't get ultratane butane in this Amazon. Does it use Zippo premium Butane?

It will be able to combust any butane regardless of manufacturer. That being said, the purer the butane (quantified by impurities ppm), and the more refined it is, the better the flame and the longer the torch will work without issue. Zippo premium is very pure and well-refined butane, so it will work very well.

Are there specific brands that you have first hand knowledge that fill this with butane properly without the gas going everywhere?

I have always used the Ronson refills. I also have used a couple of other brands on occasion. I have never had one brand fill better than another. You will always get some butane coming out once your torch is full, but there shouldn't be any leakage during the filling process. Are you filling it inverted (upside down)? If so, is there some debris in the filler port? Or is it damaged?

how do refill lighter?

get butane refill can turn lighter upside down insert tip of can press till gas is filled in lighter about one min. butane refill can in hardware store

Can I buy just the attachments? I already have the torch, but I can't find a way to just purchase the hot air and soldering tips.

Sorry. Didn't even know they sold other tips.
