I lost my split system remote so I’m not sure what letters the item number is but the one in the picture is exactly like the one I had. How else can ?

My remote simply stopped working but I was able to find the exact one with same model number on Amazon. You can either buy this same one to see if it worksor reach out to the company/brand that makes the split system you have and get the correct number from them.
