Brand opp?? is this not funko legitimate product. if so why is the brand opp??

I also did not create the listing but am a seller, but this is definitely a legitimate Funko product. This is a shared summer convention Funko exclusive that just released to coincide with San Diego comicon. The pop is exactly as pictured with the summer convention sticker on the front.
