does it come with a shock mount as shown in the pictures

For this listing I'm not seeing pictures with the shock mount. This version of the microphone comes with the regular hard mount. There is another version with the shock mount, which is a little more expensive that we also have for sale, but it's in a different listing. If this was helpful, please consider buying from us! - Pixel Pro Audio

What is the other item that comes with the microphone?

It comes with a microphone stand mount, and the box new. There's another version, which is more expensive, that comes with a shock mount. If this was helpful, please consider purchasing from us on Amazon. We can help with support after the sale as well. We have it in stock and ready to ship. - Pixel Pro Audio

Will this sound good with my Audient Id14 or will I need a more expensive preamp?

Audient makes some great converters and preamps. I would not buy a more expensive preamp to use the Neumann TLM 102. I have used the TLM 102 with several preamps and the differences you get are very subtle. My favorite uses for this mic was vocals and electric guitar.

can i get this in black please ?

If you order this from us and purchase on the one you asked a question about, it will come in black. You can email us (Pixel Pro Audio) after you order from us on Amazon, and we'll verify if you like.If this was helpful, please consider purchasing from us on Amazon. We can help with support after the sale as well. We have it in stock and ready to ship. - Pixel Pro Audio
