Works great although the taste can be challenging
Someone at a health food store recommended this to me. The taste can be disgusting at first but I have grown to like it. I mix it in a small amount of water and chug it to get it over with. However, I've gotten used to it and it's no longer repulsive. I have a lot of stomach problems due to an intestinal parasite I acquired when I was hiking the Inca Trail in Peru. As a result my digestive system has been compromised and finding food that doesn't upset my stomach can be challenging. I used to go through a bottle of Pepto-Bismol about every week. Ever since I started taking that I can even eat at Taco Bell without having any problems. I also got Covid but was asymptomatic even though I have Type II diabetes. I drink this every day. I'm a believer.
