Knee Sleeves,Extra Heavy Duty for Weightling, Powerlifting and Fitness (Medium)

Replaced small with medium, but I love these sleeves. Had a knee issue, and these absolutely help. Outside of this they help me recover after leg day and correct form during workouts. Wish I'd had them from day 1.

The knee sleeves themselves are typical knee sleves. They are basically the same as the other 2 or 3 pairs that I own. They have good coverage and don't slide around much. The fabric is sturdy and supportive. The sizing is good, I ordered a medium and they fit like the other medium knee sleves I have.The reason for the for the 4 star review is because you expect something extra with these and basically the extras are unuseable. The bag is tiny, maybe you could put your keys in it and a water bottle or other small items but it's about purse size. You couldn't even plan on putting extra shoes in it to take to the gym. The quote is cool but it's way too small to be functional as a gym bag. The tape is ok. It seems a little thick and there's a backing on it that has to be peeled of before using it. But I haven't really had experience using it so I'm not sure what to expect. I'm just hoping that when the time comes it will be dependable, not severely lacking like the bonus gym bag!I received this product for a discounted price in exchange for an honest review.

The media could not be loaded.  I think that this is a great bundle for anyone with knee problems, achey joints, or sore muscles. I recently began some intense training at my local fitness center and realized that my knees were just not up to par with how they should be performing. These knee sleeves are the answer I was looking for! As soon as I put them on, my knees felt more stable! I am amazed at how simple this was to remedy. I am looking forward to many workouts with these knee sleeves.They are a thick (7mm) neoprene and I can't stress the kind of quality that these are. They surpassed my expectations ten fold! The seams are strong and there is just the correct amount of stretch in them. Other knee wraps and sleeves didn't feel like they were as good of quality as these Evolve knee sleeves. I am really excited that they came with a carry bag! I travel very light when I go to the gym and juggling my keys, phone, knee sleeves, and a water bottle is a real struggle. Being able to put the sleeves in a bag and not worry about dropping them or leaving one behind accidentally is a relief. These knee sleeves fit me great because I measured my leg according to the picture instructions and ordered accordingly. Once they arrived I took them on a short three mile run and they feel great. The neoprene material they are made of feels very durable and the stitching will last a long time unlike some of the other cheaper quality knee sleeves I have had. I will say that it is a 7mm thick neoprene and works well to keep your muscles warm as well as providing the stability I need for my long runs.An included bonus with this premium knee sleeve bundle is a roll of kinesiology tape and a gym bag. The kinesiology tape is not some cheapo tape, it is great quality and works just as it should to really stabilize and provide an extra level of support. I was looking for a set of knee sleeves for my boyfriend for the gym so he can do his squats without injuring his knees. Overall, the quality of the sleeves is great and it has very good support on the knees. We got the medium for him, and it fits snug, but not super tight. I like that it came with a drawstring bag and the kinesiology tape. The drawstring bag will be very handy for him to put his gym stuff in there.
