Let's face it, lots of us just don't always eat right. We don't grab fruits & we may be lacking on fiber. Now this product supplies you with a flavorable way to add a little bit of fruit with a little bit of fiber. This can be used various ways: Some people just eat it directly from the package but I like to use it in place of syrup when I eat pancakes or how about eating cottage cheese or yogurt with it, either alone as a topping or along with other ingredients. You can top ice cream with it. Add it to milk & make a smoothie. Everything in this product is organic. You can understand the ingredient label when you read it. Sodium is low & you get the benefit of some fiber, protein, & those omega 3's which are important. Every little bit helps when it comes to trying to eat right. I'm not trying to give you nutritional advise, I just think having something that is good for you & tasty at the same time is a plus. Finally, it's also portable. You can use right out of the pouch which you can transport & have for a snack or lunch ingredient.
