For the price this is a GREAT lapel microphone. Using it to make youtube videos on my iPhone, this has significantly increased audio quality compared to no external mic.

Cuts in and out. Sounds choppy and staticky with wind or the lightest breathing

Junk don't buy it, sound quality is poor, it distorts the sound even though I had the gain on my iPad as low as it could go. Tried to use it on my laptop and it doesn't even work now
