Expensive and unproven.
Been using these for 6 months now with no discernable improvement to the neuropathy in my lower legs/feet. So can't say it works for me.

Great for migraines!
I originally started taking this for a fertility boost. After a few weeks of religious use, I noticed my migraines disappeared, but didn't make the correlation until a few weeks after I ran out and migraines returned. So I researched, it's a known treatment for migraines. I told my husband that I was buying stock, and I signed up for subscribe and save! Amazing! It's also used to prevent subchorionic hemorrhages and Idk if thats what helped, but when I did get pregnant, but I didn't have any bleeding like I had with my last 3 that had suspected SCH. I recommend ALA to everyone especially this brand in R-ALA form for better bio availability!

Helpful for peripheral neuropathy pain
My neurologist recommended this for my diabetic peripheral neuropathy. It works. I have been taking it for a few years. Won't be without it. My research showed the R-ALA is more beneficial than the regular kind. When I switched from the regular to the R kind, the difference was noticeable.

Really great product. Sadly price keeps going up and can no longer afford or purchase anymore and will be seeking alternatives. There are many other R-Alpha Lipoic Acid tabs now available else where.
