What is the: a. useful life b: warranty period?

This is a battery backup for my home alarm system. The life span is about a year and a half. I am not sure about the warranty but I am happy with its performance.

How long do I charge this battery?

If this battery is for Alarm System purposes: It will recharge itself automatically when connected. In the meantime after installing it: The Alarm System will keep indicating that the battery is at fault, but as soon as the battery is fully charged (will take several minutes) the "error" panel light will be Off. Hope this helps :)
