it depends on how experienced you are with asian foods, i always encourage trying new things because you never know if you’ll like it. but i’d recommend starting with like one or two bowls not a six pack.

Is this vegan? I see glycerin fatty acid ester in the ingredients list, which can be made from either plant or animal products.

This is not vegan. Made with beef broth.

I have celiac disease and I've been eating this for over a year and have never had problems with it. It doesn't state "gluten free" and uses modified starch but I've never gotten sick from it.
