Is this tire reinforced?

NO this front tire has a load rating of 67 H and is not reinforced The tire that is 73 H is Reinforced But I don't see it listed here 130/90/16 73 H Reinforced 73 load rating means it's for big V Twin Cruisers weighing 700+ lbs H is the speed rating of 130 mph 67 load rating is for cruisers under 700 lbs and the tire is not Reinforced

the tire size in the description says 180/65-16 but in the product details it says 180/65B-16 is this the same size?

They are the same. The "B" just means it is a bias ply tire.

Are these tires made in germany or somewhere else?

These were made in Brazil, when I had it mounted at Harley they were cautious about putting it on and they wanted to make sure I knew they had faults with them, I did get about 7,000 miles on it before I sold the bike with no issues
