Good idea, poor execution
This sort of works some of the time. No matter how much you adjust it, it will always pull to its widest setting. Resting your feet in it results in a kind of pinching and your feet will just sit in the valley that is created which gets quite uncomfortable. It’s a good idea but I don’t think it’s much of an upgrade. Economy sucks no matter what you do unfortunately.

Good for long plane rides & road trips.
I purchased this for a 5-hour plane trip from California to Virginia. I have a torn tendon in my foot & have to wear a surgical boot for travel. The Sleepy Ride supported my foot both with the boot on & without it. The amount of swelling I experienced from the plane ride was greatly reduced (I made the same trip previously before I bought the Sleepy Ride & had terrible foot & ankle swelling). I also got a second one for my husband for the same flight. He also likes it, but found it more difficult to support his feet once he fell asleep. We weren't on the same plane, so I'm not certain how he positioned it on the seat in front of him. I am 5'4" & he's 5'6" so we do have some room to stretch out feet under the seat in front of us. The Sleepy Ride made the trip more comfortable & I liked that it conveniently folds up. My Sleepy Ride supported my foot in the boot & both feet without it. I didn't find that it slipped once I secured it down behind the tray on the airplane. I also found it worked well when I shortened the straps & connected it over the closed compartment in an SUV for a 3-hour drive. I oded it behind my knees & it took the weight off my feet. I would highly recommend this product for long travels and for people who need to support their legs & feet.

Makes travel in squishy economy bearable!
Used my Sleepy Ride on recent 21 hour flight from Canada to India. This little sling/hammock like contraption was simple to use and provided great comfort for my legs and feet during the ultra long plane journey. Definitely recommend.
