I used red food coloring in water. I would mix the color into the water before pouring it into the aide so that the food she doesn’t stain the plastic.

excellent teaching tool. The dye for blood is very realistic and easy to use. The 5 year old kids in class loved pressing the pump to fill heart with blood. Just wish the lungs didn't fill with blood!

Disappointed

It's alright(ish) but quality isn't good. There's no spare or replacement blood and although its says don't use food colouring, the manufacturer replied to my request for spares and instructed me to use food colouring
