Wish I had bought this years ago. I was attracted to the fact that the hanger set up is all ready to go and the water reservoir is big.Much quicker at getting creases out than my portable steamer . Easy to set up . The trouser clips are a bit awkward to use but otherwise very pleased with this.

I used to have a travel streamer and it was nothing like this, this one is powerful, I can steam shirts which makes my life so much easier. Was very useful for steaming curtains as this steamer has a big water tank and strong steaming power, which makes it last very long before I have to refill the tank. Love it, it is very useful when you need to quickly steam a shirt or a delicate dress, just pull it out from my utility room and use it with no effort.

I’ve been using this for a year now , and can’t imagine my life without it anymore. It can’t replace ironing 100%, but it’s the best for shirts, sweaters, dresses, jackets, pants. Super easy to install and use. I use filtered water and haven’t have troubles with lime so far (I don’t replace water until the container is empty).

To start this is a really good clothes steamer My main problem is it is very bulky I only use this occasionally because of its size and time to get it set up The product itself is easy to use and works well Customer support for this company is second to none- they are fantastic

Bought this steamer and was pleased with my purchase. However after 9 months the steamer head keeps falling apart and the pieces from inside fall out. I have put back together several times but the steamer needs a new head. Apparently steamer was listed as coming with a 2 year guarantee however I cannot find anyway to contact the seller for replacement head (handheld part where steam comes out ) I do not like leaving bad reviews but the seller has not provided contact details on Amazon

I have had many steamers due to having a ladies rockabilly vintage clothes shop (Jitterbug Jean if your interested) I have just had to throw away a morphy richards after exactly 12 months as it stopped working! I use the steamer almost daily and got to say, it produces lots of high steam & is very powerful. I had to turn it down as I thought the smoke alarm was going to go off. Its easy to manoeuvre having wheels, has a large tank for hours of steaming, it gets all the wrinkles out even on heavier & more stubborn fabric. Great for mesh type fabric too as no risk of damage like an Iron. If your hesitating then look no more. Its fab!
