I've had them for a year and while I don't use them daily, they are fine when I need them. I don't even know what Fakespot is. **Q: Are these filled with water or gel?** A: Water I believe because when it isnt frozen it moves around and I don't believe if it was gel it would move around like that when unfrozen. **Q: I bought these and they have now been in the freezer about 4 days and are still liquid and not frozen. Are they supposed to freeze hard?** A: I have noticed myself if I keep these ice packs in the door of my freezer (where items don’t freeze as fast—not as cold) they are still liquid after a day, but they should freeze hard after a day or so. **Q: Can you put these into hot liquids like soup to cool it down?** A: No. I'm sure that would be toxic. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Perfect Lightweight Companion for My Cooler Backpack! *by on Reviewed in the United Arab Emirates 24 July 2024* As a Dubai resident who relies on a cooler backpack for grocery shopping, I've found the perfect companion in these Cool Coolers by Fit & Fresh XL Slim Ice Packs.
