Can they stand by themselves?

When full the base expands and the canteens are able to stand by themselves.

If I put clean water in this, could I drink directly from it?

When you receive canteens, you'll need to rinse them out with clean water. After this you are able to drink directly from the canteens.

How do I clean the canteens?

Rinse with warm water and dish soap, be sure to wash out the dish soap. Then leave to hang folded half on a hanger like a pair of pants for a day or two to dry.

Does this product come with a filter?

No, it doesn't. But the canteens, both sizes, have a 28mm thread on the cap and are able to attach to our Straw filter.

What do I do if I have an issue?

We are happy to assist you to get everything fixed or replaced as necessary so your device always remains in good working order.
