Good product and fast delivery

Really good quality

El producto ya lo he usado, pero desafortunadamente lo compraba en EU. Pero con la contingencia no se puede pasar , me dió gusto encontrarlo pero el precio fue altísimo.

What’s not to love about Asterwood products. Very effective pure hyaluronic Acid serum. I love to use this with my derma pen, creates a nice slick.

Researching customers writing here about various darkening yellow / amber tint. I'm at the end of a 8 oz plastic bottle, had for a long time, now has become lightly yellow. It was clear. Consulting AI: ===== Can Hyaluronic Acid serum change from clear to yellow with age? ===== Yes—a hyaluronic acid (HA) serum can shift from clear to slightly yellow over time, and it’s usually not the HA itself that’s changing. Tell me the exact product or ingredient list and I can give a more precise call on whether it’s still good. ===== https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01GUK7NVW Asterwood Hyaluronic Acid Ingredients: Water, Hyaluronic Acid (Sodium Hyaluronate), Phenoxyethanol, Benzoic Acid, Dehydroacetic Acid, Sodium Hydroxide ===== Short answer: what you’re seeing is normal aging of the formula—not the hyaluronic acid itself—and a light yellow at the end of a long-used bottle is usually expected. What’s specific to your exact product Your Asterwood formula is extremely simple (just 5 ingredients): water + sodium hyaluronate + 3 preservatives. That matters, because: * There’s no vitamin C, no plant extracts, no dyes → fewer obvious “yellowing culprits” * So the color shift is almost certainly from slow oxidation / degradation of the preservative system and trace impurities, not the HA Why yours turned light yellow Given your situation (8 oz bottle, long time, near the end): * Air exposure over months → preservatives like phenoxyethanol + benzoic acid can very slightly oxidize * Plastic bottle + time → tiny leaching / interaction + oxygen permeability * Repeated opening → cumulative oxygen + microbes (even if still “safe”) Even in very simple formulas, this can lead to: * clear → faint straw/yellow tint * especially noticeable when volume gets low (more air in bottle) What others are seeing (matches your observation) * Some users report yellow/orange tint in this exact product on arrival or over time * In general HA serums, users commonly report yellowing after time/heat exposure, often attributed to oxidation Is yours still OK to use? Based on what you described: Likely fine if: * Color = light yellow (not amber/brown) * Smell = still neutral / slightly chemical (not sour) * Texture = same (not stringy, clumpy, or separated) I’d stop using if: * It’s turning amber or brown * Smells off (sharp, sour, “old plastic”) * Feels thicker, slimy, or inconsistent The real takeaway (this is the important part) An 8 oz HA serum is almost always going to age before you finish it. Even if it’s still usable: * Preservative system weakens over time * Microbial risk slowly increases * Performance may drop Practical recommendation * What you’re seeing = normal aging, not a red flag by itself * But given “long time + big bottle + color change” → you’re right at the edge If it were mine: * I’d finish it only if everything else (smell/texture) is unchanged * But I wouldn’t buy that size again—smaller bottles age much better

Start and end my day with this serum under my day cream. I love it!!
