Mine passed included paper test but failed online tests. Do they really block blue light if failed all online tests? Seller please answer.

Dear customer, Our glasses can block high-energy harmful blue light at 400nm-500nm wavelengths, not all wavelengths of blue light. wavelengths of 400nm-500nm most harmful of the wavelengths to our health. Full-wavelength blue light appears during online testing, and the test results are not accurate, but our test lamp emits high-energy blue light, and the test card can respond to high-energy blue light. Please rest assured about our products. Livho Sales Team

Are these non prescription?

yes, these are non prescription.

Mine failed the blue light test. Has anyone ever had them replaced and had the replaceable pair pass or am I wasting my tome?

Dear friend, In blue light, the main direct damage to the eyes is blue light with a wavelength of 400-480. Not all blue-emitting lamps have a lot of harmful blue light. Our products are strictly checked before they are sold to make sure there is nothing wrong with them. What method did you use to test the conclusion? Due to the large errors in online testing, we provide you with the most accurate testing method. Our product videos and picture descriptions have detailed test method introductions, and you can visually see the results of blue light blocking through the test card. If you have any questions, you can get in touch with us, we will provide you with the best quality service. --LIVHO Support Team
