Size:Pack of 1 Better Than Raw, and Never Roasted It's a 3 to 4 day process, but it's a labor of love! We soak our nuts in triple-filtered water to activate live enzymes (making them easier to digest) and then dehydrate them at very low temperatures to protect the integrity of their vital nutrients. The result? A light, airy, crunchy texture...perfection in flavor and nutrition. Sprouted Almonds: Almonds are a power nut, considered to be packed with the most nutrients of all nuts! They are a rich source of Vitamin E, phosphorus, calcium, magnesium, and iron and also contain heart-healthy monounsaturated fats. Ours are sprouted, which helps maintain their vital nutrients and makes them easier to digest. Dates: Why use sugar when we can use one of nature's natural sweeteners: dates? Dates are loaded with essential minerals and a great source of fiber, which can help support digestion. We love them for their ability to help boost energy naturally! Sundried Tomatoes: We love these sun-kissed gems! Our sundried tomatoes give you that "pizza sauce" fix, without having to use dozens of ingredients. As a bonus, they're rich in iron and antioxidants with both Vitamin A & C.

So delicious but disappointing amount.
#1 - I was disappointed in the fact that I received a very large box to open it to find a tiny package inside. Very wasteful packaging.#2 - I was disappointed with how small the package was. It was an example of purchasing from an ad without looking at the amount. $11.69 (with shipping since it's not on Prime) for 1 cup of almonds is way too steep for me. I considered sending them back due to that but it's my mistake for not looking at the quantity before purchasing. However, the Pizzalmonds are SUPER delicious. Best almonds I've ever tasted so I will still give them 4 stars. I feel like I need to ration them like gold though! I don't think I'd purchase them again due to the price but I won't say never....they really are so yummy. I might buy them if I saw them in a store (without shipping costs) or if the price comes down a bit...
