We purchased one of these at E. Dehilleri in Paris fifteen years ago. After daily use, it finally died. Glad we found it again because it is the best kitchen thermometer by far. The price is much better this time around as well.

I like it. Reads temp farely quickly with the probe. I like having the the infrared sensor for probeless temp readings, just wish it had a visible red dot to see what exactly I am reading. In comparing it to other thermometers I have in the house, hard to tell which is more accurate. It's in the ball park of the others and reads 212 when boiling. I like it, it's my everyday use thermometer.
