What is the dimention of this spatula?

The spatula part is 3/4 inch wide by 1 1/2 inch long and the handle is 10 1/2 inches long. Hope this helps!

Has anyone used it for the 1oz Loreal true match liquid makeup bottle?

I haven't used this specific makeup bottle but my MAC makeup bottle it is too large for. I have bought 2 versions and neither have worked yet

Would this be long enough for a 17 ounce, 13 inch high bottle?

The Spatty Daddy spatula is 12 inches as the average lotion bottle is 7 or 8 inches high. I suspect it would not be long enough for a 13 inch bottle.

5/8" wide x 1 3/8 high, 1/4" thick at base, little better than 1/8" thick at tip. too rigid to conform to containers and scrape well
